• To perform the Works you've requested

• To send quotes, invoices, and job confirmations

• To maintain warranty records

• To improve our services

• To comply with legal obligations (Building Act, H&S Act, tax)

Who we share it with

• Subcontractors and Taskers assigned to your job

• Payment processors (Stripe/bank)

• Our accountant and lawyer (when necessary)

• Government agencies if legally required (IRD, WorkSafe)

• Insurance providers (if claim arises)

We do NOT sell your information to third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

• Active customer records: Duration of relationship plus 7 years

• Job records and photos: 7 years (Building Act compliance)

• Financial records: 7 years (tax compliance)

• Marketing consent: Until you withdraw consent

Your rights under Privacy Act 2020 You have the right to:

• Access your personal information

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

• Withdraw marketing consent

• Complain to the Privacy Commissioner
